My name is Madolyn Barnes, I am the founder of Pastries by Madolyn
and I make all of the pastries myself. I have five beautiful children and the idea for this came from their love for sweets. While I wanted to allow my children to indulge and enjoy desserts, I wanted to make sure that what they ate was truly made with care. I’ve been baking almost every day for over 50 years, and although my children are grown up now, I still make all of my pastries with the same idea in mind: The most important ingredient, is love.
